Ableton Live 9 Courses

Ableton Live 9 101 is geared towards familiarizing the student with the software, and laying down musical ideas, the student will make a mashup and eventually arrange tracks of their own. This would be a good place to start if you have not used Ableton Live before. One-to-one (SOLO) and group tuition options are available (subject to availability):

Drawing upon our two in-depth courses at Mile High Sounds; Ableton Live 9 101 & Engineering with Live 9, we have devised Ableton Live 9 for EDM Producers – an intense 10-part programme that caters to individuals who wish to understand; Ableton Live’s core software functionality, programming and arrangement, as well as the finer details of sculpting sounds to bring out the best in their music / material. Teaching of the fundamentals of; frequency, dynamics, space, critical listening skills of instruments & music as well as recording techniques, plus practical application of these fundamentals to the students’ own music, leads them to creating more polished productions – not just in terms of quality musical ideas, but good sounding songs. Additional studio usage time is also bundled in for students to familiarize themselves with the aforementioned skill set in a sonically controlled professional studio environment.
