Dean Richards dropped his first in Dallas (USA) 2002 and from that day, driving dance floors has been an obsession for Dean.
With the assistance of recording artist Matt Jones, Dean was soon thrown deep into Divan lounge & Zubar (Dallas), creating mixes in fluid and beyond. Dean then followed his love for travel & tunes to Miami South Beach where he spun for the soulful sunset sessions at Laundry Bar & The Room.

The opportunity to chill at a Miami hotel with world class DJ’s surfaced during the Miami Winter Music Conference which fueled his passion for music, following which he moved back to his adopted homeland Australia where he was quickly grabbed up for popular bars & clubs such as Middle Bar, Tank, Q Bar & Chicane.

Moving on from Sydney, Dean based himself in Melbourne and made the digital switch, whereby his mixing skills & music knowledge was taken to new heights while playing gigs in clubbing hot spots all over Australia.
Now residing in Kuala Lumpur, Dean continues his love affair with house music, DJing and nurturing successful Asian hot spots & appearing as a regular fixture for globally respected brands such as Hedkandi & Defected in the House. He is currently residing at two of KL’s most exclusive nightclubs, Elixir & Sultan Lounge.
