Ableton Certified Trainer @ Mile High Sounds
Reuben has officially been awarded the Ableton Live 8 Trainer Certification!
Mile High Sounds offers several courses on both group and a one-on-one basis, centred around mastering audio production, engineering and performance in the Ableton Live environment.

Visualscapes by Efozy @ KLue Urbanscapes, KLPAC - 27th June 2009

Visualscapes is a visual projection installation artwork produced by Efozy. The concept of this installation is to display a visual in a unique form.
The motion graphics animation will be projected on the four scaffolding. All of the four scaffolding is decorated with a random fabric net.
Click the image below to play a conceptual animation.
There will be an audio feed synchronized with the ensuing visual motion sequence. The reflection between the fabrics net will produce a random view display.
This is yet another way to show creative visual projection by combining a visual aspect with the installation.

Tiger Beer Video + MHS Updates
Dear all,
Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the lack of updates this past year. A lot of restructuring has been done and I’m pleased to say that everything is up and moving once again!
Mile High Sounds has just completed an energetic little number for Tiger Beer’s latest product. Details can’t be revealed as of yet, but once there’s a green light, a clip will be put on the website as soon as possible!
In other news, production on the Dance/Club side of music has been very intense in 2008, with an even larger scale of things in the year ahead. Be sure to visit blastique.net and/or the Facebook group for more updates.

Great news everyone! A frantic, intense, but equally rewarding fortnight lies ahead, and here’s why

What is it?
Surface is a collaborative, pan-East Asian audio-visual work, produced by London-based creative unit. D-Fuse, together with local artists Altered Image, Ahmad Fariz, Nazim Esa and Blastique a.k.a. Reuben Samuel. This live performance showcases filmed and recorded aspects of the city, edited together with local artist to bring you a whole new dimension of viewing the city through imagery and sound. This event is part of the “Re-imagining The City”, an audio-visual project presented by The British Council, in collaboration with acclaimed London-based cross-media outfit onedotzero and KLue.
